Kim does not participate with insurance plans and is considered an out-of-network provider. This allows greater flexibility in scheduling and treatment planning because care is not directed by an insurance company. When claims are not submitted to insurance, your diagnosis and treatment information are also not shared with your insurance company.

Payment of the cash-pay rate is due at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that a superbill typically includes diagnostic information, and reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.
