Please check the back of your insurance card. If it says Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, use our Abundant Lactation verification form.

This also applies to coverage through Amazon, IBM, Google, or Citi.

If either Mom or Baby has Cigna as their primary insurance, please begin with our separate Cigna eligibility portal. It's okay if the other family member has different coverage.

We're not currently in-network with certain plans, including Baylor Scott & White Health Plans, Marketplace plans, Medicaid, CHIP, TRICARE, and STAR plans.
