Thank you for taking the first step in your care journey. To schedule your first appointment, please follow the steps below.

Step 1 — Confirm your insurance (or choose self-pay)
We accept: UPMC, Highmark BCBS, IBX, Aetna (excluding Better Health), Cigna, UHC/Optum, Geisinger, Capital Blue, and all BCBS PPO plans.
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Self-pay rates: $240 new visit (60 minutes) | $300 (80 minutes) | $140 follow-up (30 minutes)

Step 2 — Schedule an appointment

You can request an ideal appointment time here: www.zelligcare.com/schedule (we recommend using a computer or laptop to ensure access) 

To reserve your appointment, we’ll ask for a valid credit card on file. It’s securely stored and only used for applicable copays or if there’s a late cancellation or missed appointment (48-hour cancellation policy).

If you don’t see a time that works for you, call 215-318-1821 or email intake@zelligcare.com and we’ll do our best to open an additional slot. 

Step 3 — Complete the consents and intake form
After scheduling, please complete the consents and intake form as soon as possible. All required forms must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid delays or rescheduling. Once your forms are received, we will confirm your appointment and send instructions along with the secure link to join your visit.

Step 4 — Attend your appointment
Arrive on time and begin care.
