Insurance verification process
We verify your current insurance policy to estimate your financial responsibility, including any copay, deductible, or coinsurance. Verification is an estimate, not a guarantee of payment or coverage.

Provide a picture ID and the front and back of your current insurance card through our secure intake process. Contact info@serenitycounselingnc.com or 980-938-4840 for submission assistance. If you wish to send copies by email or text, ask about the secure option first; ordinary email and text can create privacy risks.

Once verification is complete, we will contact you using your preferred method, explain the information and estimated cost, and ask whether you want to proceed with services.
