Telehealth Services
Infinite Wellness Care offers telehealth services using a HIPAA-compliant platform (IntakeQ). Telehealth visits allow patients to receive care remotely, including psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
Telehealth involves the electronic transmission of protected health information (PHI). While reasonable safeguards are in place, telehealth may involve limitations, including technical disruptions or reduced ability to perform a full physical examination. Providers delivering telehealth services are held to the same professional, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards as in-person care.
Telehealth services are provided under the licensure laws and regulations of South Carolina. Providers of Infinite Wellness Care are licensed to practice in the State of South Carolina. Telehealth services are provided only within the jurisdiction of the treating provider’s active state licensure. Patients must be physically located in the same state as the treating provider’s licensure at the time of service.
Telehealth services are not emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, including thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
Required Intake Process
All new patients are required to complete intake paperwork through IntakeQ, our secure patient portal. This includes telehealth consent, treatment consent, privacy acknowledgments, and clinical intake forms.
Care cannot begin until all required IntakeQ forms are completed and signed.
