 1. The Initial Match (2-3 Minutes): A brief series of questions to ensure our clinical model is the right fit for your needs.  

 2. The Full Intake: If we are a match, you will move immediately into our detailed clinical history and registration forms.  

 3. Book Your Appointment- After the full intake is completed, you can book your appointment  

*To ensure the highest quality of focused care, Dr. Lee sees patients during regular business hours. We do not offer after-hours or weekend appointments for new intake evaluations
