Regarding Insurance: 

Although I am out-of-network with insurance, I offer superbills for reimbursement (often 50-100%). I also partner with a service that helps submit superbills to insurance companies on your behalf. Learn more about reimbursement eligibility and checking your benefits here.

I reserve sliding scale/low-fee slots for individuals with limited income. Please inquire here if you are interested.
