We'll help match you with the right lactation consultant based on your insurance, location, and needs.
If you were referred to a specific provider, simply let us know on your intake form and we'll do our best to schedule you with them.
Please choose the option below based on mom and baby's PRIMARY insurance.
If either mom or baby has secondary insurance, please include that information on your forms so claims can be billed correctly. If we are not notified of the correct primary and secondary insurers you may be invoiced if claims deny.
Option 1: Both Mom & Baby Have Cigna
If BOTH mom and baby have Cigna as their primary insurance, please begin by checking your eligibility through our Cigna portal.
Option 2: All Other Insurance Plans
If mom or baby has any insurance other than Cigna, including:
- Aetna
- UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
- Surest
- GEHA
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
- Anthem
- Any other commercial insurance plan
Our team will verify your benefits, review your insurance, and contact you with the next steps.
Self-Pay Plans
Most Medicaid, CHIP, STAR, Marketplace, Tricare, and many HMO plans are not currently in-network and are typically self-pay. If you're unsure, don't worry—we'll help guide you.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your information, our team will personally review everything and reach out within 24–48 hours (often much sooner!) to discuss your benefits, answer any questions, and help you schedule your visit.
