Thank you for your interest in a Surgical Review at The Center for Restorative Reproductive Surgery.  The Surgical Review is a thirty-minute phone call where you and the doctor will discuss your medical history and health goals.  For potential patients living outside of the US, we use Microsoft Teams.

A $250 surgical review fee covers the surgeon’s time to review your medical records, evaluate whether you may be a candidate for restorative reproductive surgery, discuss possible surgical options, and recommend next steps. A valid credit card is required when scheduling the review. The $250 fee will be charged 24 hours before your appointment.  Please notify our office at least 2 business days before your scheduled review to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $50 no-show fee.

Afterwards, you will be redirected to our self-scheduling calendar.  If you're unable to schedule the Surgical Review at this time, the same link to the calendar will appear in the intake form submission confirmation email.  Please ensure the spelling and information for the Surgical Review is the same as the Intake Form.

About one business day after the Surgical Review, you will receive an email regarding surgery planning.  The email would include the surgery fee.  It would also include the information needed to determine the hospital fees at Northside Hospital.
