About our practice. My Family Psychiatrist is a Direct-Pay/Cash-Pay (out-of-network) practice. Adult psychiatric evaluations are $425. Child and adolescent psychiatric evaluations are $515. Follow-up appointments are $275 for both adult and child/adolescent patients. We are happy to provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, but we do not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Florida only. Dr. Jonathan Parker is licensed to practice in the state of Florida only. Patients must be physically located in Florida at the time of all appointments, including telehealth visits.
