The Dale K Graham Veterans Foundation helps thousands of Veterans and their families each year successfully file for VA benefits. We’re dedicated to helping you navigate the disability claims and pension process — entirely free-of-charge.
By working with The Dale K. Graham Veterans Foundation you will be working with a highly trained non-profit team member to submit YOUR claim. To have your claim submitted to the VA you will need to do the following:
1. Finish this Intake Form
2. Set an "Initial Assessment Appointment" (We will reach out in the coming days to allow you to set this appointment)
3. Collect evidence to support your claim (submit this evidence to us online or in-person in our Veterans Computer Lab)
4. Set a "Claim Writing Appointment"
If you do the above 4 steps your claim will be processed in a timely and organized manner.
You’ll need about 15 minutes to complete our questionnaire. We will also need the following documents ready to upload in PDF format:
Past Award Letter
Any correspondence between you and the VA
Pertinent medical records and history
