Appointment Booking Tips

  • No charges are made until services are rendered.  Providing a credit card will confirm your appointment and expedite your visit (if required for your appointment type).
  • Check your confirmation email to ensure correct details and any helpful instructions.
  • Use "Manage Appointments" below (right side) to modify/cancel existing appointments, or if you are a repeat/returning patient.  You can also change or cancel your appointment via the confirmation email.
  • Appointments for MINOR children should be booked with the child's NAME and DOB (parent phone and email).
