For ketamine services, including new ketamine evaluations, select "Ketamine Therapy Center."

Please note, a non-refundable payment is due at the time of booking for new patients. For returning patients, the card on file is charged up to one business day before the appointment, per our cancellation policy. Please note, our health care providers are not members of any insurance networks and services are paid out of pocket. However, you may submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement according to the terms of your insurance plan. Services provided by our group are not eligible for Medicare reimbursement.
