**An annual telehealth visit with our nurse practitioner is required for our IV Drips and Shots.  The fee is $30 and is good for one year. The appointment is quick and efficient and can be scheduled anytime or when you come in to see us. 

Many services offered at the Wellness Room are considered elective wellness therapies and may not be FDA-approved for the purposes for which they are used.  These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.  All treatments are optional, and results are not guaranteed. All medically prescribed treatments are evaluated, prescribed, and managed exclusively by our partnered medical provider.
