Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: All appointment reschedules and cancellations must be communicated a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. Sooner if possible. After that there is a scaled fee depending on how late the appointment is cancelled as detailed here.
