• Office Visits: Evonne is typically in the office on Thursdays and Friday afternoons; Hideko on Mondays and Friday mornings. 
  
  
• Confirmation: Your appointment isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
  
• Availability: Check both home and office visits—your second-choice location might be available sooner. 
  • Grab the soonest time that works for you, then email hello@newnorthbaby.com if you'd like to join the cancellation list. 

• Home Visits: Available within a 15-mile drive from our Pasadena office (check your distance here.)
  
  
• Cancellation policy: A $50 cancellation fee applies for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
