• $20 travel fee for all in home visits once baby is 2+ weeks. (An additional travel fee, based on distance, will apply if you live outside the radius.)

• Prenatal consults only held in clinic or virtually.

• Aetna does NOT cover virtual visits. Please select in clinic or home.

**Insurance must be approved prior to your visit if you plan to use it, or you will be considered a cash pay client.** 

If you have not yet checked your insurance with us, please email your name, baby's name and a picture of the front of your insurance card to hello@nurturelactationkc.com.

Please note: A credit card is required to hold your appointment but will NOT be charged at the time of booking. This applies to all clients, whether covered by insurance or not.
