If we do not receive your forms by end of business day, your appointment may be cancelled

                                                Are you pregnant and looking to schedule your first prenatal with us?                                                                                 Aim to schedule your "Initial Prenatal" around 26-30 weeks.  Are you further along than 26-30 weeks? That's okay too, go ahead and schedule a prenatal visit with us as soon as possible.   If you have birthed your baby, please select "Initial Postpartum" for any of the locations.  We will follow-up via text to schedule your virtual intake appointment after booking.                                                       

               Attention BCBS policy holders: Milk + Honey DOES have a direct contract with BCBS, your visits will be covered!
