For all appointments, except our FREE New Patient Introductory Phone Consults, you will be charged 24 hours after your appointment time. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please call to reschedule/cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid the cancellation fee, which is the full cost of the visit.

Please note: New patients can book Intake Appointments online for all clinicians accepting new patients, except Dr. Lewis. For intake appointments with Dr. Lewis, please call the office at 212.621.7770 or email info@mindbody7.com. 

Established patients may book Follow Up Appointments online with all practitioners.
