Once you secure your session, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with details as to how to prepare for our time together. 

Visit preparation includes:

• Completing your intake and consent forms 
• Creating your secure profile in the Spruce App, where the virtual meeting will take place and where you will upload intake videos prior to the visit

If you do not see your confirmation in your email box, please check your spam/junk folder or your Promotions Tab - it often lands there, especially with Gmail address.
