Payment & Credit Cards: You will be asked to enter your credit card to reserve your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until the time of your consultation. If you prefer to pay via an alternate payment method, this can be arranged at the time of your meeting. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time to other clients who may be waiting! Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee totalling the cost of the missed appointment.
